"From day one, Yoss made us feel welcomed and comfortable in class, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Also on the course we formed our duo, due to a lesson where Yoss had put me and Adam into a pair to work on on a project.

Adam & Frank met during our music production course and quickly hit it off over their shared love for dark, acid-driven techno. after a lesson focussed on collaborative skills they realised they worked well together and formed Exceed, a production duo focused on crafting raw, pounding techno tracks with pulsing basslines and gritty synths.

What started as casual studio sessions soon turned into something bigger, with their tracks gaining traction in underground circles. Thanks to countless hours of hard graft in the studio, Exceed is now making a name for themselves in the darker corners of the industrial/hard/acid techno scene.

"I had no clue about music production and had never even opened ableton. I just loved electronic music and wanted to learn how to make it.
Yoss and the team were amazing, they made it seem like a complicated tasks were really simple, breaking everything down into easy-to-follow steps.And importantly they clearly explained what we are trying to achieve with each technique, which seems to often be lacking in a lot of the online content I’ve dipped into more recently.
I’ve now released tracks on a ton of my favourite labels, something I could never have imagined when I first walked into the classroom just a few years ago.
